Angela embarked on her journey in the healthcare field as a physiotherapist, earning her Bachelor of
Physiotherapy from The University of South Australia. She commenced her professional practice at one of Adelaide’s leading hospitals. Throughout this time, she encountered numerous individuals grappling with chronic health issues and gained a profound understanding on the negative impact such conditions can have on one’s life.
As time passed, Angela’s interest in how nutrition can nurture the body and prevent illnesses and chronic conditions deepened. Using her research skills and further study she immersed herself in the extensive body of literature on nutrition and its connection to health issues. Her findings demonstrated that simple lifestyle adjustments have the potential to alleviate, and in some cases, even reverse, common chronic ailments prevalent in our Western society today.
Angela’s mission became clear: she aims to aid others in leading longer, healthier lives.
